1. What This Policy Covers
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. Browser storage (such as local storage) is a similar feature that saves small pieces of information in your browser. We call both "cookies and storage" in this policy. This policy covers two places: our public website at www.b2bautoloop.com, and the personalized pages and videos a Customer sends to its prospects through the Service. It is part of, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy v06 at www.b2bautoloop.com/legal/privacy.
2. What We Use Today
| Item | Where | Purpose | How long it lasts | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cookies set by us | Public website | None. Our website does not currently set any cookies. | Not applicable | None |
| Daily live-chat counter (browser local storage, key "bal_live_day") | Public website, only after you use the live conversation feature | Remembers the date and how many live conversations you have started today, so we can enforce the daily limit of 3 conversations per visitor. It holds a date and a number. It holds no name, email or other personal detail. | Stays in your browser until you clear site data. The count resets each calendar day. | Functional (service protection) |
| Pseudonymous session identifier for view analytics | Personalized pages and videos sent to recipients | Measures whether the page was opened, whether the video played, how long it played, what was clicked, and coarse location from the network address, so a Customer can see engagement and so we can calculate the Loop Score. Not used for advertising. | The analytics records are kept for 12 months, then deleted or de-identified (Privacy Policy v06 Section 8). Deleted within 30 days of an opt-out or deletion request. | Analytics |
We currently use no strictly necessary cookies. The record that you agreed to a live conversation is kept on our servers, not in a cookie, for 5 years (Privacy Policy v06 Section 8).
3. Video, Live Conversation, and Fonts
- Video. The hero video and the personalized opener videos are served from our own hosting and delivery network. Playing a video does not set an advertising cookie. On personalized pages, play and watch-time events feed the view analytics in Section 2.
- Live conversation. When you tap the button to talk with the AI assistant and agree to the notice, the page loads a live-avatar component from a third-party content network, and your audio or typed messages go to our service providers as the Privacy Policy v06 Section 7 describes. Those providers may process data outside the United States, and we do not record the media. That component runs in your browser and may use its own temporary browser storage to keep the connection working. We use it only to run the conversation. Spoken audio is turned into text and then discarded.
- Fonts. Our website loads typefaces from a third-party font service. Your browser sends that service your network address and browser details to receive the font files. We do not use this for tracking. The font service may process that request outside the United States.
4. How to Manage Cookies and Storage
- No banner needed today. Because our website sets only the functional storage item above and uses no analytics or advertising cookies, it does not show a cookie banner. If we add any cookie that needs your consent, we will show a banner first, with options to accept all, decline non-essential, or choose by category, and we will update this policy before it takes effect.
- Your browser. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Clearing site data resets the daily live-chat counter. Blocking local storage may stop the live conversation from working.
- View analytics opt-out. If you received a personalized page and do not want your engagement measured, opt out through our Privacy Center at www.b2bautoloop.com/legal/privacy or email privacy@b2bautoloop.com. Opting out also ends the Loop Score for you.
- Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. We do not currently respond to the browser "Do Not Track" setting.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. We post the new version here with a new effective date. If we add a new category of cookies or tracking, extend how long an existing item lasts, or bring in a new third-party cookie provider, we give at least 30 days of notice by email to subscribed Customers and post the change here before it takes effect. Our Privacy Policy v06 Section 11 points to this policy.
