1. On-Screen Label Specification

ItemSpecification
Exact text, stock presenterAI-generated presenter. No human performer is depicted.
Exact text, Digital TwinAI-generated video of [Name], used with permission. [Name] is filled in from the depicted person's consent record. Growth and Scale only. The stock wording is false for a real person and is never used on a Digital Twin, and this wording is never used on a stock presenter.
Long form, optionalThis video features a synthetic performer (AI-generated). No human performer is depicted. Use as a caption on a landing page where there is room.
Where it appearsBurned into the pixels of every frame of the presenter segment, from the first frame to the last. This covers Spotlight openers and any scene where the presenter is seen or heard. It is not a caption track and cannot be switched off.
PositionLower third or top-left, inside the title-safe area. Never over the presenter's mouth or the prospect's logo.
SizeText block about 4% to 5% of frame height. On a 1080-pixel-high frame that is about 45 to 55 pixels, and never below 40 pixels.
ContrastHigh. White text on a dark, mostly opaque bar, or dark text on a light bar. Aim for a contrast ratio of at least 7 to 1. Plain sans-serif type, no italics, no effects that reduce legibility.
Phone checkThe label must stay readable on a phone-sized screen.
MetadataMachine-readable provenance metadata is embedded in the file. Any marking the render provider adds stays in place. Neither is stripped when the file is re-encoded for delivery.
Quality gateA clip with a missing or unreadable label in any presenter frame fails quality control and is not sent. The lead gets the standard opener instead.
Tenant controlsNone. Tenants cannot edit, turn off, crop, cover or re-encode the label or the metadata.

2. Email and Landing Page Lines

SurfaceExact textPlacement and rules
Email lineIncludes a short AI-generated video. In the email body, directly under the video link line and above the signature and unsubscribe footer. Also in the plain-text version. Present in every message that links to a presenter video. Locked in the template. The same line is used for stock presenters and Digital Twins.
Landing page lineVideo features an AI-generated presenter.Directly under the video player, in body-size text, visible without a click. Locked in the page template. For a Digital Twin video the line reads: Video features an AI-generated version of a real person, used with permission.

3. Checkout and Onboarding Acceptance

ItemExact text
Checkbox 1I have read and agree to the Master Subscription Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy and Schedule A: Tenant Responsibilities. I understand that I am the sender and publisher of everything sent for me through this platform.
Checkbox 2I have the right to contact every person on my lists. I will honor opt-outs, tell the truth in my messages, and keep the AI-generated label on every video.
Checkbox 3, Digital Twin only (Growth and Scale plans)I will create a Digital Twin or voice clone only of an adult who personally consents through the capture flow. I will tell B2B Auto Loop at once if they withdraw consent or leave my company.
Checkbox 4, button and charge lineCheckbox 4, required for every plan: I agree that B2B Auto Loop will automatically renew my subscription and charge my payment method until I cancel, and I accept the Master Subscription Agreement and its billing terms. I am buying for my business. Button: Pay and create account. Charge line directly beside or above the button, filled in from the selected plan: Today you will be charged $[price of the selected plan], then $[price of the selected plan] every [month or year] starting [renewal date] until you cancel. The price can change on 30 days' written notice, and you can cancel online under Account, Billing before it does. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we refund the unused part of your first month's fee, once per account. This is not a free trial. No other refunds except as required by law. Line beneath the button: By clicking Pay and create account, you agree to the terms above.
RulesBoxes start unchecked. Each document title is a visible, underlined link. The boxes and the button sit on the same screen. BAL stores the terms version hash, the renewal-consent text shown, and the time of each acceptance, and keeps these records for at least 3 years after the subscription ends. Annual plans: the charge line states the annual amount and the renewal date, and BAL emails a renewal reminder 15 to 45 days before each renewal, with access continuing through the paid year. Design Partner Beta: the charge line states 497 dollars per month for the first 6 months, month to month, then 997 dollars per month, and BAL sends a written reminder at least 15 days before month 7. After payment BAL emails a confirmation with the plan, price, renewal date, cancel link, refund terms and a copy of the terms, and emails a cancellation confirmation when the customer cancels. The first-month refund is calculated as the first-month fee divided by the days in that period, times the days remaining.
